Pino here and a new Powered Services member. One of the things I am currently struggling with is STACK OVERLOAD. What I mean by this is, the sheer amount of products & services built for the MSP/MSSP is overwhelming honestly. There are 727 different SOC Solutions, 3,012 SIEM Solutions, PODCASTS telling you get this and get that. What is your process for selecting a product for a particular problem you are trying to solve? When every vendor seems to say they are the best and honestly most are on a level playing field for the most part, do you select products that are natively integrated with your PSA & RMM over those that may not have integrations? Just curious my fellow peeps! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
